Salary: £15,795 (£8.10ph)
Shift: Flexible 37.5 hours per week working between Monday - Sunday 7am - 5pm
Training: 35 hours for 3 weeks Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm

Capita Customer Management are looking for people to take Customer Service calls on behalf of RSPCA at our Dearne Valley site.
Here's your opportunity to help protect animals and prevent them from suffering - by joining the RSPCA's 24/7, cruelty and advice line.
It could be an ideal role if you combine proven customer service experience with a genuine passion for the welfare of animals. You'll have the chance to develop and upskill in the different areas of the RSPCA National Control Centre - which is operated by Capita in partnership with the RSPCA.
You'll need a confident, empathetic and friendly telephone manner with a willingness to help solve or advise on your customers' problems, you will also need to have a good understanding of using a PC and Keyboard. We'll give you all the training you need, and the range of work we do means there's lots of opportunity for ambitious people to progress.
