Customer Service Advisor - Retentions

£17,000 - £20,000 plus bonus and lots of other benefits.

Full time 37.5 hours per week.

Our client is a well-known and very successful business who are currently expanding their forward-thinking customer service team! This is an amazing opportunity for people who are passionate about customer service and who are looking for a rewarding and long-term career with a great business. You will be working within retentions speaking to customers about current policies and then try to retain them by offering the best deals.

We are looking for people who have experience in customer service, retentions or sales who are personable and bubbly and who can commit to this role long term. You will ideally have longevity in your career so far and have the right attitude towards work.

You will work on a rotational shift pattern that will include some weekends.
