Customer Service Advisor Required

£16,000-19,800
Full Time- Permanent 35 hours per week
5/7 days between the hours of 6.00am - 10.00am

Interaction Recruitment are currently working on behalf of a dynamic and exciting well-established business and recognisable named business based in Skelmersdale. Our client is based in a modern and well-equipped contact centre working within the financial services industry.

Customer Service Advisor Role Overview:

-Talking to customers on a variety of different work streams including over the phone, SMS, Email and chat.
-Delivering great service to customers and effectively advising them were necessary.
-An upbeat friendly approach to speaking to customers is essential
-Effective listening skills
-Adept at multi-tasking while listening to calls
-A focused and keen attitude to work and colleagues
-Excellent communication skills
-Driven with a desire to meet and exceed targets
-PC literate
-Passionate and eager for a new challenge
