Job Description

We`re scouting for new recruits for the RAC Sales & Service Contact Centre. Here, you`ll get to help our members choose and maintain the right products and services, rescuing them from the headaches of everyday motoring.

People with an inquisitive nature and ability to build a strong rapport over the telephone - this is your invitation to join our club, and a chance to make others happy every day, just like Sam`s mum.

Role purpose

Our customer service advisors use outbound and inbound calls to assist our customers and help our business grow. Retaining members and positively promoting our services is key in these roles, along with the ability to resolve queries at the first point of contact with accuracy and confidence.

Our colleagues work in a buzzing and vibrant environment with easy commuter links in North Bristol. We`ll provide you with extensive training in our academy, equipping you with the skills you`ll need to excel in your role. Our development framework will support your career growth, and you`ll enjoy knowing that you`ve helped make others happy every day.

You`ll need to work flexibly across the centre opening hours; currently Monday to Friday 8.00am to 7.00pm and weekends 9.00am to 5.00pm.

-Previous sales experience in a sales focused environment
