As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll use your excellent rapport building skills and telephone manner to assist customers with their enquiries, a typical day will include:
Answering inbound calls from customers, acting as first point of contact for their query.
Taking ownership, assessing customer cases and using your attention to detail and judgement skills to come to a satisfactory outcome for both the customer and client. Overall a perfect customer service experience for our client.
You’ll support your customers throughout their journey, being on hand to provide advice and guidance, alongside picking up the phone to gain more information.
There is no cold calling involved in this Customer Service role!
We are looking for customer centric individuals, with excellent rapport building skills and a top notch telephone manner!
Alongside your Customer Service skills, we’re also looking for a keen eye for detail and solid analytical skills, you’ll need to be able to process information accurately whilst maintaining appropriate operational risk control and compliance in all activities.
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly excel, is required.
To be successful in this role you must have the following equipment:
- Must have own laptop/PC)
- Windows 10 installed
- Strong wi-fi connection
In return for your skills our client offers:
Salary: £18,200 per annum
Hours: 8am -10pm Mon-Sun shift work (35h per week) a rota basis.
Start date: October 2020
Initial three month contract with room for possible extension.
