Customer Service Advisor/Receptionist

A very good client of mine who have sites based within Hertfordshire and Essex are recruiting at their Bishops Stortford site for a Receptionist/ Customer Service Advisor - this is an immediate requirement too!!
You will be the face and voice of the company and first port of call so first impressions are everything, so looking and sounding the part is very important to re-present the company at its highest standard.
Duties:
Manning Switchboard and reception area
Dealing with incoming faxes and emails
Maintain customer contact logs
Customer follow-up calls
Record all complaints and cancelled jobs
Maximise additional sales opportunities
Co-ordinate collections and deliveries.
Person Specification:
Excellent Phone Manner
Very presentable
EXCELLENT Customer Service
Good sense of humour - I love the company has mentioned this, shows what a fun bunch they are to work for!
The client mentioned this is a pressurised role, so someone used to juggling duties would be ideal.
Reception experience would be a HUGE advantage, use of switchboard handy.
Ideally someone out of work or on a weeks' notice as this role needs to be filled within the next week.
This is no average receptionist role - the company offer many bonus opportunities - giving you the opportunity to earn more money. You will receive £18,000 p/a plus quarterly bonuses and commission.
Hours of work: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 17:30pm and every other Saturday 8:00am - 12:00pm
