Juice is delighted to be supporting a local and well-known attraction based between Bath and Bristol. We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor on a PT, flexible basis.
Duties include but not limited to -
- Managing all customer enquires that come through the website, email, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Liaise with internal teams, such as accounts, to support the customer.
- Ensure you are up to date with company information in order to support the customer.
- Manage complex queries effectively.
- Data management.
We are looking for someone with previous customer service experience who is looking for a flexible role. You will need to have excellent written English with strong organisational and time-management skills.
This role supports WFH.
Hours: This role will be 3 days predominantly, but in busier times it may be up to 5.
