Salary: £15,795 (£8.10) + benefits, rewards and up to 10% bonus annually of £17,374
Location: Capita House, Dearne Valley
Start Date: Monday 14th January 2019
Shift/Hours: Flexible 37.5 hours working between Monday - Friday 8am - 9pm, Saturday 8am - 8pm and Sunday 8am - 6pm

You'll be joining a really friendly, close-knit unit and dealing with a range of customer queries around technical and device issues. We'll train you to deliver a service that is patient, positive, friendly and reliable so that each of your customers feel valued, understood and listened to. You'll receive feedback coaching and there's a buddy system, both of which will help you get up to speed and continue to learn and develop.
