Customer Service Advisor NOT a call centre

I am recruiting a Customer Service advisor for my client based on Redscar, Preston.

Day to Day Role

  • Dealing with customer queries over platforms such as e-mail & Telephone.
  • Answering the telephones to process customer sales orders and advice on general customer service queries. (delivery, warehouse errors, internet issues etc)
  • Working with the team to ensure all customer queries for that day have been dealt with to resolution.
  • Liaising with parcel Courier Company to chase and resolve delivery queries.
  • Manually inputting Mail orders

Candidate Specifications

  • Experience working in a call centre - desirable, but not essential.
  • Ability to use a Computer competently.
  • Must have experience of working on the telephone and dealing with customers.
  • Candidate must be flexible and good at adapting to change in a fast growing company.

Monday - Friday - 8:30am - 5pm
