I am recruiting a Customer Service advisor for my client based on Redscar, Preston.
Day to Day Role
- Dealing with customer queries over platforms such as e-mail & Telephone.
- Answering the telephones to process customer sales orders and advice on general customer service queries. (delivery, warehouse errors, internet issues etc)
- Working with the team to ensure all customer queries for that day have been dealt with to resolution.
- Liaising with parcel Courier Company to chase and resolve delivery queries.
- Manually inputting Mail orders
- Experience working in a call centre - desirable, but not essential.
- Ability to use a Computer competently.
- Must have experience of working on the telephone and dealing with customers.
- Candidate must be flexible and good at adapting to change in a fast growing company.
Monday - Friday - 8:30am - 5pm
