Inbound Customer Service Advisors.
Our client based in Moulton Park, Northampton are looking for multiple Customer Service Advisors to join their team.
As a Customer Service Advisor you will need to have experience dealing with customers either face to face or over the phone. This role will require you to take incoming calls from customers in a timely manner and provide information/solutions to their problems and Queries.
Main Duties will consist of:
*Taking Inbound calls
*Dealing with a range of customer queries
*Sending Emails Liaising with other departments
*Meeting targets Resolving customer complaints
*Providing support to customers
*Adhering to company policies and procedures
£7.83 Per Hour
This is a Temporary - Permanent role
Shift Pattern 08:00am - 10:00pm (37.5 Hours Per Week)
