Our client, a large and successful building society are looking to recruit a number of agents to work on their Customer Service Team based in Northampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and are looking to secure a long term role which will offer them development and a great rate of pay.
Overview of the role:
You will be required to communicate effectively with our customers, mortgage consultants and brokers to be able to provide updates on the progress of mortgage applications and to request further information either by phone, email or letter. As a customer service administrator you'll be trained to process tasks relating to verifying information on payslips, proof of income and other documents required to satisfy mortgage processing. Accuracy and a keen eye for detail is really important as we need to be sure that we are lending responsibly.
Ideal candidate experience:
Competencies - Strong attention to detail, quick learner, strong & confident communication skills (verbal & written) PC literate & familiar using MS Office
Experience - Admin experience or experience working in an office based environment.
Values - Team player who can integrate with and get along with others easily. Someone who has the right attitude - who wants to come to work, wants to do a good job, takes PRIDE in what they do and has a hardworking ethos
Have excellent Verbal and Written communication.
Have confidence in taking ownership for each call.
Be able to make and explain decisions clearly.
Hours of work:
Shifts between 8am-8pm, Monday to Sunday
Pay rate: £8.79 per hour
