What will I be doing in this role?
You’ll be dealing with inbound calls from customers on behalf of a much loved brand, delivering excellent customer service to facilitate a smooth customer journey and demonstrating a positive and responsive attitude on each call.
What do you need from me?
Contact centre experience would be a bonus but it’s not an essential requirement. As long as you have proven customer service experience, excellent communication skills and good IT skills then you’re a perfect fit for this role!
These roles are temporary for 12 weeks with a view to achieve a permanent contract.
Work patterns will be based on 40 hour per week. You’ll be working on a rota shift pattern, 5 out of 7 days between Monday - Sunday 7.30am- 11.30pm.
