Salary: £19,000 + £2,000 bonus + great benefits

Monday to Sunday (37.5 hours a week) shifts between 8am and 9pm on a rotational basis. Note, the late shift is not a daily occurrence but does form part of the working pattern in order for us to support our customers

About the role

Do you have a passion for great customer service? We’re looking for brilliant Customer Service Advisors - to give an exceptional customer experience - handling all sorts of queries relating to our mobile products and resolving at first contact. You’ll work closely with other departments to resolve queries, so building relationships is key. It’s important you’ll be a great listener and communicator - as that’s what excellent service is all about.

We’d love to hear from anyone with a background in Customer Service, Retail or Contact Centres that are eager to learn.
