My client is looking for someone to be a customer service advisor , who will be the voice of the business answering a majority of inbound calls.
You will need to:
• Ensure current members know how to use and are using our system continuously.
• Ensuring our customers are on the right subscription level and if not upgrading their account.
- Upselling any additional products and services where necessary
• Ensuring the Database is as up to date as possible always.
- Training customers how to use the system if need be
•Answering inbound calls and some outbound calls when necessary
This is a perm role,paying up to £24,000, Mon- Friday 9-5:30 based in Harrow
