Shift Pattern: 30 hours per week, working 7am - 1pm Monday to Friday
Salary: £13894.00

Working in our Contact Centre in Houghton Regis, you will be responsible for delivering world-class customer service. You will be dealing with inbound calls from the USA - the voice of Arjo.

Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Deal with customer queries efficiently in a professional manner ensuring that excellent customer service is delivered on every call.
  • To take full ownership of your internal and external customers by effectively managing the customer expectations - delivering what’s promised, keeping the customer informed and up to date throughout.
  • To take ownership of your own development ensuring your Personal Development Log is kept up to date.
  • Take full ownership of customer complaints.
  • To implement outcomes of coaching, feedback and training in line with set objectives.
  • Contact the relevant department to arrange the installation and cancellation of rental equipment.
  • To ensure administration duties are completed accurately and within timescale.
  • Liaise/support Rental Service Technicians with all queries.

This is an interesting and varied role where you will have a regular interaction with customers so you must have excellent communication and customer service skills to enable you to provide the exemplary level of service we strive to offer. Your personality, enthusiasm, energy and positivity is essential to ensure we build long term relationships with our customers and ultimately play a key role in providing the essential medical equipment required by our patients.

You must be reliable, enthusiastic and have previous experience in a customer facing role. We are based in a modern, open plan office with free parking on site.
