Customer Service Advisor - Major High Street Bank

£17,000 + £250-£400 Bonus

We are recruiting for x 10 Customer Service Advisor positions for a major high street bank who have a call centre in Salford. Call centre experience is not essential as long as you have experience of working with customers. As Customer Service Advisor you will deal with the bank's customers, helping them with their telephone and internet banking.

Customer Service Advisor Hours

  • Monday-Sunday
  • 5 days in 7
  • 8 hour Shift between 8am -10pm
  • Only 1 day per weekend
  • 1 weekend in 4 free

What we are looking for in a Customer Service Advisor -

  • Good Customer Service experience - min 1 year in retail, hospitality, call centre or other customer facing job
  • Target driven
  • Good career history
  • Hardworking and team orientated
