We are currently in search of people just like you to work with us in our Customer Service Department. Our Customer Service Team are a pretty focused bunch of people. They have a real passion for ensuring the teams are resolving customer issues right the first time where possible. They also play an integral role in the supervision and development of the Customer Services department. Thanks to this inspiring way of working, our team is growing more successful day on day, and as a result we need more people to join us!

So what will you do as a Customer Service Advisor?
As a Customer Service Advisor you will provide first time resolution to customer queries in an effective, efficient and courteous manner. Provide guidance and support on a range of company products and services within a contact centre environment. To handle all customer contact including but not limited to, service calls, order fulfilment calls and written and e-mail correspondence.
