Customer Service Advisor - London

Are you a customer orientated individual who strives to provide exceptional customer service and always looks to better the customer's experience. I am looking for customer service professionals to join a leading investment bank in the heart of London, working in the Customer support team you will have the opportunity to use your skills and ideas and provide outstanding support to business customers.

Contract Duration; 3 Month Rolling Contract
Daily Rate; £13 p/h

Job Responsibilities;
- Responsible for answering incoming calls from the Bank's customers and prospects providing product information, account opening services as well as account maintenance
- Builds rapport with customers to resolve service issues and customer questions
- Takes ownership of customer enquiries and responds to escalated customer issues in accordance with agreed procedures
- Responsible for the day to day coverage of customer account maintenance processes including but not limited to application review and processing, funds transfer, exception processing, correspondence and complaint monitoring and response
- Completes on-going compliance and remedial training as scheduled
- Meets established goals for all metrics, including call and case quality, productivity and customer acquisition by focusing on maximising service to customers

- Good interpersonal skills, negotiation skills are a plus
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Good team player
- Must be self-directed, detail orientated, positive attitude, driven, able to work independently in a team-orientated and fast paced environment with a passion to deliver exceptional service to customers.
