Customer Service Advisor - Lithuanian OR Bulgarian Speaking

Our client based in Ilkley, West Yorkshire is looking to recruit, enthusiastic and confident Customer Services Advisers to join our growing Team, as a first point of contact for our Customers, providing a personalised service and fulfilling the needs of the customer from day to day queries and transactions.

With a passion for delivering the highest level of Customer Service, this is an excellent opportunity for experienced Customer Services Advisers with previous customer services skills, to join an expanding business and working within in a busy, customer focused environment.

Candidates will be working within a busy Customer Services Team, in a high-volume contact centre and will be involved in the following duties on a daily basis:

  • High level Customer Service skills, projecting a friendly, positive attitude and approach
  • Experience within a customer facing role with evidence of exceeding customer expectations
  • Financial Services / Banking Role - Experience - Desired but NOT essential
  • Ability to deliver excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail - Essential
  • High level motivation - to go above and beyond for our Customers
  • Strong Teamworking skills
  • Professional, proactive and confident telephone manner
  • The right attitude, personality, potential and skills to provide excellent Customer Services
  • Actively listening and questioning - to identify customers' needs and handle customer queries with speed and efficiency
  • High degree of numeracy, literacy and Computer Literacy - Essential
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing demands
