Customer Service Advisor - Lichfield

Our long standing client based inLichfield are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.

Duties will include:

  • Handling a high volume of incoming calls
  • Assisting callers with issues or general queries
  • Liaising with business or commercial customers
  • Providing quotations and advising customers on costings
  • Booking in collections and deliveries
  • Monitoring inbox and responding to customers emails

Experience / Skills Required:

  • Strong customer service experience
  • Experience in a similar industry
  • Driver due to location
  • IT Skills - including MS Packages

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday 40 hours per week

Salary:

£8.36 per hour for the first 12 weeks rising to £18,5000 once permanent
