Customer Service Advisor - Key Account

What you'll do:

Sky Betting & Gaming are looking for a Key Account Customer Service Advisor to possess the drive and passion for delivering exceptional customer service to our Key Account and High Value customers.

You will be part of a highly efficient and dedicated team who are responsible for improving the Key Account and High Value customer journey and experience. Within this specialist team, you will provide an advanced level of customer support via telephone, email and web chat.

It will be your responsibility to build relationships and analyse customer's profiles, to provide an understanding of betting preferences to help manage and continually improve the Key Account customer vision. You will take ownership and full resolution of Key Account customer queries to ensure the best possible service is provided. Further to this, you will form part of the important support network required by our Key Account Managers and act as occasional support at hospitality events.

  • Experience of achieving/exceeding targets in a customer centric environment
  • High level administrative skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Knowledge of Betting and Gaming Compliance and Legislation
  • Knowledge of sports and online gaming products
  • IT Literate

Industry experience is advantageous but not essential. If you are experienced in delivering exceptional customer service then this could be the ideal role for you.

The hours are 37.5 hours per week (7 days fully flexible, however general hours will vary between, 07:00am - 12:00am).
