A fantastic opportunity to join a fast paced and successful business who are constantly growing. Our Cheltenham based client our looking for a forward thinking individual to join the friendly and motivated Customer Service team.
You will be the first point of contact, dealing with all inbound enquiries and liaising with different departments to find a solution. You must have a confident telephone manner and be passionate about customer service.
Do you have the following?
- Fantastic customer service skills
- Excellent telephone manner with good level of verbal communication
- Ability to work in a team and be flexible
- Accurate at inputting data through good keyboard skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to multi task under pressure
- Confident telephone manner
The ideal candidate will have had previous experience within a customer service environment, hospitality, retail etc
