Customer Service Advisor - Inbound - Available Immediately
Based in Leicester - Lutterworth

Perm position - 37.5 hours per week

Up to £18,000 plus OTE £1,200 plus EXCELLENT bonus and benefits package

Core Hours: Monday to Friday 8 am - 7 pm - Saturday & Sunday 9 am - 5 pm (Only 1 in 3 weekends)

Due to a rapid growth in the Customer Service operation my client a UK leading house hold brand in Leicester are now seeking experienced and passionate Customer Service Advisors to join their lively team and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service to all new and existing customers.

Your key responsibilities and duties will consist of:

  • To deliver service excellence within the customer contact journey
  • To deal with customer complaints effectively and efficiently
  • To consistently delight customers (internal and external) in every contact they make with us, either written or verbal
  • To respond to customer calls and correspondence within agreed service levels
  • To accurately log conversation notes during the call
  • To resolve complaints to a high standard and maintain the client’s reputation
  • To be bold enough to make decisions and take ownership when resolving customer complaints
  • To manage and action administrative duties in line with the business standards on processes
  • To complete various management reports
  • To communicate with suppliers regarding required information and changes to procedures
  • To achieve targets and KPIs as set by the Leadership Team and Managers
  • To uphold company policies and procedures wherever possible

As our Customer Service Advisor, you will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Excellent business communication (verbal & written)/interpersonal skills.
  • Telecom and Customer Service Background
  • Driven and self-motivated, with can do attitude
  • Possess an Excellent ability to work under pressure
  • Computer literature and competent within technical environment
  • Focus on and anticipate customer needs and requirements
  • Passionate and resilient
