A day in the life of a customer service advisor
Our Client is known for their commitment to providing excellent customer service. Speaking to customers about their general and billing queries over the telephone in our busy contact centre your warm professionalism, expertise and brand values ensure the customer journey is the very best each and every time, treating each customer like a member of the family.
You understand that not every customer is a happy customer when they first contact us but you will build brand loyalty by taking ownership of customer queries and providing consistently positive solutions.
To support you in joining our crew full training is provided on our computer systems, processes and core brand values to ensure you have the skills to bring your customer service experience to life.
Served by public transport and with onsite parking, our site within the Ocean City of Plymouth offers a straightforward commute from surrounding areas.
You will be welcomed onto our comfortable open plan call decks with green views and accessible outside spaces. Whether you want to bring your own refreshments or visit our neighbour’s discounted onsite cafeteria, you can relax in our spacious break areas.

To join our crew, we ask that you:
- have customer service experience
- have confidence in learning and using a variety of computer systems at work
- are comfortable in turning sometimes tricky customer service experiences around so that our customers remain happy and loyal
- are able to create a great customer service experience through your verbal and written communication skills
What you need to know:
Short term contracts of 3- 5 months duration are available
Our training period runs Monday-Thursday 8.30am-5.30pm & Saturday 8.30am - 2pm for 4 weeks.
Our customers need to be able to contact us throughout our opening hours which are …
8am-8pm Monday to Friday and 8am - 6pm Saturday…
…and so our team do cover earlier and later shifts and some weekend shifts too.
As a customer service advisor we aim to publish your shifts 3 weeks in advance.
Pay rate of £7.83 per hour, paid weekly. (£15,268.50 annually, pro rata)
