Insurance Customer Services Advisor.
Duties will involve guiding and advising existing customers and new prospects about their home insurance needs.
Mainly inbound administration / renewal calls , some new business sales and some out bounding involved no cold calling & various administration duties.
ie: running reports , updating diaries , answering post , issuing renewals etc:
Don’t have to have insurance experience as full training will be provided - but if any do that would be useful for us .
Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 9am to 6pm or 10am to 7pm Friday 9am - 5.30 or 9am to 6pm - Saturday 9am to 12.30pm or 9am to 1pm = 46 hrs per week
Ideally would suit Bluewater retail people looking for a career change but used to working evenings / weekends.
Obviously we want people who are smart who have a good telephone manner , can get round a computer and are quick learners , have’t decent GCSE grades and haven’t had gaps in employment or loads and loads of short term full time jobs.
