An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a market leading organisation based Brighton.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for the Leisure and Tourism Industry and will have a strong background in dealing with customers both face-to-face and over the phone.
You will also have strong administration skills and will be confident with communicating with customers, advising on products and services and resolving customer issues.
Delivering 1st Class customer service will be at the forefront of what you do and you will delight customers by providing them with unforgettable experiences.
Although this is an office based role, you won't be tied to a desk - there is lots of activity and you will be meeting with Customers faced-to-face and conducting customer tours and orientations.
Working as part of a fantastic team, this is a busy and varied role and no two days will be the same!
This role offers lots of responsibility, training and progression opportunities for the right candidate.
We are looking for candidates with:
- Minimum 2 years Customer Service Experience
- Ideally 1 year office-based experience
- Strong Communications Skills
- Good Problem Solving
- Flexibility and Resilience
- Happy to work weekends and shift work
