We have an immediate requirement for a customer service advisor to work for this employer of choice in Whiteley. This is initially a 12 week temp booking that potentially could lead to a permanent role.
The role will involve working on a rotating shift between the hours of 8am and 6pm Mon - Fri with 1 in 4 Saturday or Sundays (Day off in Leiu)
The role of a customer service advisor is to respond to inbound calls from customers, logging the details of their call onto the inhouse system (training is available), escalating issues and reponding to the caller with the next steps.
We are looking for applications from candidates with previous customer service experience, ideally gained within a call centre environment and who are educated to a minimum of GCSE Level English and Maths (Or equivalent)
