This company is expanding and we are looking for a full time experienced customer service advisor to work within there Customer Service Team. The main aim of the role is to ensure that the customer is offered excellent customer service and all queries are dealt with. You will be expected to be on the phone for around 3 hours per day. As well as answering calls you will also be dealing with all personal administration follow ups.
In addition to this you must have the ability to pay attention to detail and work in a team as well as on your own initiative. To carry out this role effectively you must be happy to work to KPI'S set.
