An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Services Advisor to join our clients National Contact Centre in Yardley, Birmingham, on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract. Our client delivers many programmes but this particular role is to support the health programme (National Diabetes Prevention Programme).

Duties will include:
You must have the following qualifications and experience:
Previous Contact Centre/health care experience in a customer service/medical environment (is desired but not essential).
Strong IT skills.
Enjoys working to targets and deadlines.
Strong telephone manner/skills including clear diction.
Ability to handle conflict.
Ability to follow processes.
Ability to overcome objections.
Accuracy in data entry.
Someone who enjoys learning and has the ability to retain knowledge.
Caring and positive attitude.
Motivated by helping others and making a difference to the lives of others.
Flexible approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
