Customer Service Advisor Housing

An established provider of affordable housing within the Staffordshire area is immediately seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to provide an efficient, friendly and sympathetic front line service to customers.

Key duties:
? Providing customer service to tenants or any other customers via telephone or over reception
? Receiving payments from customers, issue receipts, reconcile cash with receipts and arrange banking
? Receiving requests for repairs and issues orders for the work, liaising with subcontractors and maintenance officers when required
? Using the housing system Orchard to log enquiries and calls
? Providing administrative support to line managers where required

You will also have:
? Experience within either housing or construction, ideally on social housing contracts
? Excellent communication skills both written and verbally and ideally experience of the system Orchard
? Demonstrate the passion to add value and consistently provide a high level of customer service.

The successful Repairs Scheduler will be immediately available and understand the need to communicate clearly with residents with the ability to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.
