A position has become available in Homes Direct working 30 hours per week. We are looking for a customer focussed individual, who has a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service, though a number of communication channels.
You will be delivering comprehensive advice to customers on a wide range of housing and repairs enquiries including Homelessness and Housing Options, this will be over the telephone and through our online services, including web chat. You will be ensuring that our customers are given an excellent and consistent service, whatever form of communication they choose to use.
