Our client a large and successful company within financial sector are on a recruitment drive for their Glasgow Contact Centre.

Customer Servicing Advisor - Permanent

Annual Salary £16,000

Full Time - Hours of work: 35 hours a week (Monday-Saturday)

As a Customer Servicing Advisor, you will be part of a vibrant, fast-paced mortgages team ensuring that every customer's application is fairly and accurately assessed. This is an administrative role where you will be responsible for collecting information, validating and requesting customer evidence in regards to their mortgage applications through a number of communication platforms i.e. Telephone, Letters etc. The ideal candidates will be enthusiastic and driven as well has having a great eye for detail and fantastic organisation skills.

Skills required

* Data Entry skills
* Customer focused mind-set
* Confident communicator
* Good Numeracy and Literacy skills.
* Ability to work effectively alone


Mortgage application experience will be helpful but not essential.
Each situation is unique and as such you will be provided market leading training and development to maximise your potential and help provide individualised solutions, tailored to our customers' needs.
