Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy that provides permanent, interim, and temporary staffing solutions within customer contact.
We are delighted to be working with a global brand as they seek customer service/complaints agents with European language skills, to work within their very busy inbound call centre in North West London.
We are looking for up to 60 temporary customer service advisors to start in March for an ongoing contract.
You will be taking inbound calls, which will entail complaints handling, processing claims and awarding compensation to customers.
To be successful you must be able to demonstrate the following:
- A clear, professional, and articulate phone manner,
- You must have fluent written and spoken European language skills of one of the following: German, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Swedish, Portuguese, Norwegian, Finish, Danish as well as being fluent in English,
- You will be able to show great customer service skills and have empathy while speaking to customers,
- You MUST have a background in a contact centre environment within the past 12 months.
