Customer Service Advisor - German Speaking

Salary: £19,500
Hours: 40 paid hours per week over 5 days. Shifts between 8am and 8pm, Monday - Saturday.

Job Description:
Our client enables participation in lotteries such as Lotto 6 aus 49, Euro Millions and Euro Jackpot as a secondary lottery via the Internet. Our client has outsourced their customer care to us, so we take all their incoming calls/emails for customer service, complaints etc. for their German, as well as English, customers.

Main Purpose of role:
- To deliver excellent customer service in all aspects of supporting customers over the phone and in writing (German and English).

Position in Organisation
The Contact Centre Consultant will report into the German Team Leader.
- Excellent knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
- Knowledge of customer service
- Good IT skills
