Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire

Are you looking to take on an exciting and engaging new role as a Customer Service Advisor? Want to enhance your existing skill-set with a growing, multinational business? If so, our client would love to hear from you.

Who am I working for?

Our client is a leading provider of customer experience management solutions. These include mystery shopping, customer satisfaction surveys and social media analysis, to name a few.

Now, our client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their forward-thinking team.

What are the benefits?

- Salary of up to £18,000
- Monthly incentive schemes / bonus
- Reward and recognition scheme
- Pension
- Childcare vouchers
- Superb training facilities
- Fantastic career progression opportunities
- Free on-site parking

Based in fantastic countryside offices, our client is focused on progression and personal development. You will be provided with a defined progression plan which will enable you to move into an account management position and beyond.

There’s a great social atmosphere in our client’s office where you will be encouraged to join in with the social club and take part in fancy dress competitions, summer BBQs and games such as tug o’ war. During Wimbledon, you could find yourself champion of the ping pong table and Christmas will find you donning your best Christmas jumper and getting involved in company raffles, quizzes and lunches. There’s also plenty of focus on supporting good causes, fund raising and charitable activities.

Initially, you’ll be given a week long induction and then eased into your role with progressively more activities added, you won’t be answering the phone on your first day.

What’s more, there’s also an online training platform (Skillsoft) with over 300 courses available for free.

What will I be doing?

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will provide a world-class service to customers.

You’ll spend approximately 30% of your time responding to incoming calls. The rest of your time will be spent replying to customers on a range of platforms, including web comments, app comments, emails and the occasional letter.

This is a full time, shift-based role which operates on the following pattern across a four week cycle: 8:00 - 16:00, 11:00 - 19:00 and 15:00 - 23:00. You’ll be required to work a mixture of shifts - but don’t worry, you’ll never have to work a late shift followed by an early.

Sounds great! What do I need?

- Previous customer service experience
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
- A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle, due to our client’s location and the role’s working hours

Previous hospitality experience would be an advantage.
