Customer Service Advisor - French Speaking

Advancing People Multilingual - Recruitment Specialists are working with a leading manufacturer based in Exeter, who are recruiting for a French speaking Customer Service Advisor.

As a French Speaking Export Customer Service Advisor it will be your responsibility to deal with customer queries resulting from orders across the French speaking market.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high quality customer service in a professional manner
  • Assist with new customer's enquiries
  • Process orders received via the telephone, fax, e-mail or internet
  • Respond to and solve customer queries
  • Process customer credits
  • Support and liaise with Sales Representatives
  • Liaise with warehouse/carriers to distribution

Person Specification:

  • Fluent in French
  • Strong customer focus and professional approach
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Accurate keyboard/computer skills
  • Positive "can do" attitude

This is a full time permanent position offering an annual salary of up to £19,000 + attractive company benefits.
