Are you a hard working, ambitious, customer focused individual? Our client is currently looking for customer service advisor's that are fluent in French, German, Swedish, Danish or Japanese.
You will be computer literate and able to both read and write fluently in your specific language. This is essential as you will mainly be using E-mails and an online chat function however some telephone work will be required. You will strive to resolve any issue quickly and to provide the highest level of customer service.
This is a large, well established company that offer a lot of excellent training and support. With them being a large company there is also promotion opportunities available to the right individuals.
You will also be required to work in shift patterns 5 out of 7 days per week and 1 weekend out of every 3. Shift patterns are as follows: 6am-2pm / 8am-5pm / 11am-8pm (when this shift falls on a Friday it’s 1pm-10pm) the client can be flexible with some of these.
If you are successful in the screening process you will be invited to a trial day which is paid for to gauge your abilities, this is also so that you can see if the role is right for you as well.
