When you join us as a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be joining a company that’s focused on putting our Customers first and at the heart of everything we do.

The Role:

Our Customer Service Advisors are at the forefront of our business, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and that will involve a lot more than just answering questions. In return, you can expect a first-class training programme as full induction and training will be given to successful candidates for 1 full week (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm).

The vacancies are fixed term contracts, with immediate start until 4th May 2018.

Hours of work

Our Contact Centre is open from 08:00am until 8:00pm 7 days a week, so you will need to be flexible and adaptable - various shift patterns are available up to 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.

What we will be looking for in you:
You will need excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers. To work efficiently, calmly and respectfully whilst meeting tight deadlines. A high level of motivation is essential, as well as being highly customer service focused with a desire to exceed customer expectations. To recognise and maximise cross-selling opportunities. A flexible approach and strong team working skills are also required, as well as excellent time management.
