A Customer Service Advisor is required for this well known and well established financial services company based in Chester.
You will work as part of the customer service team receiving calls from consumers and business customers. Your main responsibility will be to build relationships with the customers addressing their queries and bringing them to a successful resolution.
This role is working Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm
This is a permanent role offering a salary of £16,500 - £17,000 per annum plus a bonus of up to £500 per quarter. Benefits include 25 days holiday, private healthcare and free parking.
To be suitable for this role you will have previous experience within customer service ideally within the Financial Services industry , have an excellent telephone manner and strong relationship skills.
