Customer Service Advisor - Excellent Prospects

Key to their success is their customer engagement and excellent service, so to enable them to continue this level service they need to recruit experienced Customer Service Advisors. In brief you will:-

  • First point of contact for calls into the business regarding contract, product and logistics queries
  • Use your strong communication skills to engage with the customer and gather all the relevant detail to resolve their query
  • Liaise with various departments across the business to resolve your customers problem, producing relevant paperwork and updating internal records

This could be just the beginning for an ambitious and bright Customer Service Advisor who genuinely enjoys problem solving and engaging with a wide range of people. You must be articulate, polite, friendly and helpful and always willing to take the time to investigate an issue in detail. Experience of working in a telephone based Customer Service role is essential. This is a great team and they support and nurture their team members to enable them to become the best Customer Service Advisor they can.
