Your duties will include:
Greeting customers face to face and over the phone in a professional manner
Assist customers with the selection and application of products and assist with all other general enquiries they may have. You will need to be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of products
Processing orders made by phone, email and fax
Help resolve customer complaints and log all feedback using the CRM system
Handle requests for replacing parts and issue appropriate authorisation
Manage warranty claims using the in house system
Generate credit memo's
Provide technical support to customers
Conduct product warranty investigations
Generate sales leads when required
Process daily shipment documents
Meet SLA deadlines and all KPI targets
Most importantly you will need to provide excellent customer service and be good at building rapports with people.
Key skills/ requirements:
You must be educated to GCSE Level and have a minimum of 3 years' experience in customer service.
Proven success in providing excellent customer service
Effective management skills with the ability to prioritise
Proven experience in meeting and exceeding KPI's
Excellent interpersonal skills and be an effective team player
You will be able to multi-task and have a positive can do attitude.
The successful candidate for this role must be able to demonstrate the stated requirements and have a good knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel and word. If you enjoy working as part of a team and enjoy satisfying customers in a busy environment then this could be the role for you!!
This role will pay a £22,000 salary Per Annum.
