Role Overview

An experienced Customer Service Advisor, with strong complaint handling skills, solid communication skills (both verbal and written) and, ideally, a background in insurance, is required by a leading supplier to the Travel sector based near Maidstone. A salary of up to £25k plus benefits is offered depending on experience.

As the Customer Service Advisor, you will take responsibility for managing a variety of customer issues and complaints, logging, recording and investigating all issues, identifying trends and root causes and replying to all parties involved in the complaint.

Essential Skills
The Customer Service Advisor will ideally have the following skills / experience:
- Educated to degree level
- Strong complaint handling and customer service skills
- Previous experience as an insurance company would be great
- Excellent communication skills

Salary
Basic salary to £25,000 plus benefits
