Customer Service Advisor
Our client a well-established and family run business are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their team.
As part of this role you will be expected to liaise with Customers, Suppliers and external suppliers, this is a strong customer focused role and therefore excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
The duties are as follows:
- Manage workload to ensure all patients are contacted as per your diary schedule.
Handle inbound telephony queries
Ensure that all calls monitored are on target
Meet individual daily targets as set by the business
Flexible to change in order to meet business needs
Work within regulatory and Data Protection requirements
Additional duties may be assigned or existing duties may alter
The suitable candidate must be resilient and able to work in a demanding and fast paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and accountable to take ownership and action.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm.
