9 Group is a leading service provider of telecommunication and data services to UK business customers. We are recruiting a talented Customer Service Advisor within our Retail division, at our Luton Office.
Reporting directly to the Service Support Manager. The holder of this post will possess excellent communication skills to work as part of a team, delivering a first class professional customer service. Ensuring where possible customer enquiries, requests and complaints are resolved at the first point of contact, with attention to detail and a drive to reach a common goal.
The advisor will respond to inbound calls and control all aspects, from logging the billing query through to completion. Liaising with internal and external customers, you will update work queues and internal reports by dealing directly with customers by telephone and email, in a friendly and professional manner. You will have a natural ability of working with numbers and handle billing escalations where required.
