Being a Customer Service Advisor...
As a Customer Service Advisor within our business, you will be dealing with inbound phone calls from existing customers. You will represent a leading brand which will involve you dealing with customers who may want to leave this service. This means you will be expected to negotiate with the customer surrounding certain deals you may have available & try and retain their service.

To be a Customer Service Advisor, you will need to be fully flexible from 8am-9pm Monday-Sunday.
You will receive over a MONTHS, FULLY PAID training at the beginning of this position.
