£8.20 per hour
Part time hours working 5 Days over 7, between 5pm and 10pm Monday to Sunday.
The training period will be Part Time TIME hours working Monday to Friday. Week 1 - 3 will be 5.00pm - 10:00pm.
General customer service dealing with queries and complaints aiming for a first time resolution for all, primary call driver is billing and billing related issues - package changes, adding and removing add-ons.

You will talk to diverse mix of customers with varying needs, so we are creating a workforce with a real desire to create fantastic experiences for our customers by adapting to them.
Would you like to be part of a dynamic team within a fast-paced & professional working environment? You'll need to have the ability to build rapport and empathise with our customers, managing difficult situations to help find a solution that suits everyone. You may already have a taste for giving great customer service and whilst having experience is not essential as a demonstrable passion for delivering an amazing service which is key.
It's also important that you are not phased by working towards targets and you need to have a good basic knowledge of computers to help navigate our systems; which we will of course train you on.
