We are partnered with a successful and growing organisation based in Oxford, we are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor on a 6 month contract to join their expanding team
This position will involve the following duties:

  • Monitor incoming emails and allocate to the correct team
  • Take enquiries and ensure a prompt resolution is reached
  • Speak not customers via phone and email, ensure an exceptional experience is given to all customers
  • Ensure all enquiries are logged
  • Undertake training on all systems, continue to expand knowledge relating to the companies products
  • Work with overseas customer service team to ensure a consistent service is delivered

We are seeking the following skills/attributes:

  • Experience of working in a fast paced customer service team (office based)
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • The ability to work in a small team environment and work closely with colleagues
  • The ability to multi task
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills

Our client is close to public transport links, a short walk from Oxford town centre, they do not have parking available at their offices
