We are currently looking for ambitious Customer Advisors to join a Marketing Leading company in Trafford.

This is a great opportunity to join a fantastic company who really look after their staff.

The company are very well established and offer a great working environment with Monday - Friday hours!

If you enjoy speaking to people, want to work for a company who look after their staff and have experience in a customer service position then this is the job for you!

The job:

  • Conducting fact finds to establish customer requirements
  • Speaking to existing customers carrying out review calls
  • conduct fact find's and income & expenditures
  • Gathering information from the customer
  • Determining the best option for the customer

Do you have the following skills/experience?
Previous experience in a customer focused environment
Ideally phone based customer service experience
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Excellent communication skills
Problem solving skills
Enthusiastic, with a great personality and have a real passion for customer service
A positive attitude
