Duties Include:

  • Respond to telephone and written enquiries and requests both from prospective and existing customers, providing fast and efficient responses
  • Utilise skills to provide an effective, professional and efficient service
  • Support the call / query handling targets set
  • Follow-up on complex or difficult customer enquiries, seeking additional expertise or help from colleagues if required
  • Process customer transactions
  • Provide basic technical advice
  • Input information onto databases and produce excel reports
  • Respond to webmail enquiries
  • Identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction as part of a team

Hours are 8.30 to 5.30 Monday to Friday.
