- Respond to telephone and written enquiries and requests both from prospective and existing customers, providing fast and efficient responses
- Utilise skills to provide an effective, professional and efficient service
- Support the call / query handling targets set
- Follow-up on complex or difficult customer enquiries, seeking additional expertise or help from colleagues if required
- Process customer transactions
- Provide basic technical advice
- Input information onto databases and produce excel reports
- Respond to webmail enquiries
- Identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction as part of a team
Hours are 8.30 to 5.30 Monday to Friday.
