Customer Service Advisors - Permanent full time

We are looking for enthusiastic customer service professionals to join a fast growing team working on behalf of one of the world's foremost pensions organisations. For this role you must have well developed and professional customer service skills, and an interest in financial services would be beneficial.

The role:

* Handling inbound calls and emails from customers who have queries about a wide range of financial products
* Working towards daily SLA targets and ensuring all customers receive exceptional service
* Working as part of a fun team to ensure a collaborative approach to delivering excellent customer service

For this role you must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills. Recent experience in a telephony based role in a contact centre environment is essential.

Your will be working full time (37.5 hrs/week) with shifts falling Mon-Fri 08:00-18:00
